TopNotchDeal is an online retail store operating on a dropshipping model, meaning products are sourced and shipped directly from third-party suppliers/manufacturers to the customer. We act as the seller of record and are responsible for order processing, customer service, and after-sales support.

2. Eligibility

To use this Site and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we remain responsible for resolving delivery issues, lost shipments, and customer complaints as the seller of record.
